Presidential Candidate Romney Has A Dream
Following a triumphant tour of Israel and
Europe where presidential hopeful Mitt Romney reported seeing Palestinians collecting
U.S. surplus food in their Cadillacs, praising non-union Polish workers for
giving up job benefits, and announcing to an enthusiastic crowd in Jerusalem,
“Ich bin ein Jude,” he delivered the following rousing campaign speech at the
Lincoln Memorial.
“Even as we face the difficulties of
today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the
American Dream.
“I have a dream that within six months of
my taking office I will have created five million new jobs.
“I have a dream that one day in every
valley and on every hill and mountain we will be free of government regulation,
failed social policies, and the annoying income tax.
“I have a dream that one day even the
states of California, New York, and Illinois will vote overwhelmingly for
Republicans.
“I have a dream that all the illegitimate
Mormon children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by
the sins of their fathers but by the content of their character.
“I have a dream that Congress will
overturn Obamacare and in its place give every American a $25 voucher to help
purchase health insurance.
“I have a dream that the rough places
will be made plain and the crooked places will be made straight by deporting
all illegal immigrants.
“I have a dream today!”
Following the speech, a fund-raising tea
was held at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial. Donors of $100,000 or more were invited.
